this week
News and stories from AlumnIQ and your fellow customers.
Week 2 of 2024
Last week was almost all talk, this week should be a little more action-intense.
Study Hall - Build a Reunion - January 3rd
Feedback, almost embarassingly positive, also included this gem: "A little disappointed at the overall lack of face-planting." Thanks?
The recording and slide decks are posted in your admin console as an announcement. We'll be consistent with those posts as future training sessions are delivered. We have a team meeting today to set dates and topics for the next round of sessions.
Spring Season Staff Support
The AlumnIQ team met this morning to work up our travel plans for onsite support. We're all in the long-term relationship business, so whenever possible you'll be working with the same people year over year.
Expect to hear from your AM this week with word of who's coming to help you put on a great event week(end).
Release Notes
  • Org ACL: Fixed an odd edge case for warehouse-driven ACLs that denied all registrants access. Oops.
  • Survey: Swapped plain text labels in for oddly-sorted numeric ratings for a few questions. Should make for easier and less weird reporting.

Up Next
  • Contracts: Contracts for Spring 2024 engagements are rolling out. Keep an eye out!
  • Bulk Email: Prepare and send messages whenever you want to user-defined audiences.
  • Confirmation Email Diet: Once the email functionality is released we're rebuilding the confirmation email to tune up responsiveness and consistency across mail clients (it's been a while since it got an overhaul).
  • Self Mod: The self mod area and personal schedule will combine into a more flexible and useful service for registrants and staff alike.
