After weeks of testing you've opened up registration. What should you be watching beyond the obvious (registrants and gifts)?
- Your abandonments report - who started but didn't quite make it all the way? Email them a friendly nudge.
- Your missing XID report - who registered without self-matching to the warehouse? Make those matches for better reports.
- Your balance due report - who registered but didn't successfully pay? Send a link to pay if they age too long.
- Your colleagues visiting your inbox - you can usually tamp down questions by setting up a scheduled report or three and ensuring the prospect manager reports are active.
