Ready for takeoff |
Recent and Imminent Launches |
Everyone's curious what others are doing, so in a hopefully-not-too-late move we're going to include launch announcements in future newsletters. Fun fact: Princeton has surpassed 12k registrants earlier than ever. |

Recent Release Notes |
This will make many people amazingly happy. - Scanny McScannerson is now far less sensitive to errant swipes that exit the scanning app
- Gatekeeper now does a better job of keeping focus on the field that makes scanning work.
- Self Check In also got those mods so that should be as close to "set it and forget it" as it can be
- Self Check In default text size was embiggened for happier eyeballs
- Add to calendar was sometimes dropping into the wrong timezone and we just happened to spot when and how that was happening. Squashed.
We're on a brief detour completing a quick upgrade to the IQCard so that you can jump past all the tapping and just start scanning. We're seeing more folks use either hired security guards for scanning or tossing them in a bag for a partner to use without any orientraining - this should greatly simplify their experience. And then it's back to email. |

Post-Event Survey |
The post-event survey is a fixed survey instrument built around NPS. Simple, custom to the recipient, but no you (still) can't add questions because it's plenty long enough as is. Doesn't that sound easier to run than building your own Google survey? |
You can see what it looks like by tapping on the "Preview Survey" link in the sidebar of any registration record. Want to use it? File a ticket and we'll talk about text fields and survey send timing! |

Name tag gallery |
Don't forget we now have a name tag gallery that we're adding to as events unfold. It's a useful resource if you need ideas or just to gut check your selections against what others have done. |

AlumnIQ is coming to town |
In a City Near You |
I was wrong about Pitt - mother nature inundated them with rain, so we did step in to send an email for them. But otherwise it went as smoothly as expected -- and the survey results suggest the attendees had a great time even with the change of plans. - 4/17 - Penn SAS/Margaret Atwood lecture
- This weekend - Columbia VP&S Reunion, Dickinson 100th Anniversary of Wheel and Chain, Auburn Black Alumni Weekend
- 5/6 - Columbia Business Annual Awards Dinner (they use our seating tools!)
- 5/9-11 - ON SITE for Drexel Alumni Weekend
And then things get really busy. Good times! |
