How do you work this thing?
Gatekeeper Upgrades!
After UMD we had a flurry of thoughts about how to optimize the use of Scanny McScannerson and Gatekeeper. Getting logged in and on the right event took way too many taps - taps that your colleague-from-another-department had to think way too hard about.
Now it's a scan-and-go solution using a new feature we call the iqKey.
Configure ahead of time for each event per the docs and you won't have a single panicky phone call (about this, anyway!). While we were in there we made the screen _way_ less sensitive to sloppy swipes and taps - which should also bring considerable relief.

Physician, reune thyself
Columbia VP&S Reunion
Serving an efficient single-day program this year, the alumni team with the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University orchestrated a perfectly smooth gathering with outstanding yield.
Educational programming was at the forefront again with lectures under an "Alumni Day" banner included a dedicated discussion on AI and the Future of Healthcare. Oh to be a fly on the wall for that one!
Ready for takeoff
Recent and Imminent Launches
Brown launched - strongly - with their Reunion and Campus Dance registration on Monday. On day one alone they sold over 2000 tickets to the Campus Dance using the AlumnIQ Storefront system.
You should take a look. The system handled the load beautifully and Karen has been furiously processing orders as fast as she can now that the initial wave has passed.

Client Satisfaction Survey
While we make a point of holding a debrief meeting after every major event, one thing we haven't done is survey you ahead of time when you aren't looking at us through Zoom.
This is a space for you to be honest and as anonymous as you care to remain, sharing your experience with the AlumnIQ team ahead of and during your event. It's our hope that this instrument will offer the introverts, the partners, and even the student workers a space to share their feedback so we can continuously improve our delivery.
Please expect an email from your on site person (or account manager) within a few days of each event concluding. Please share the link with colleagues so that we hear all perspectives on our work. Thank you in advance for your participation and candor.

Name tag gallery
Don't forget we now have a name tag gallery that we're adding to as events unfold. It's a useful resource if you need ideas or just to gut check your selections against what others have done.
