Lots of Travel
As we work our way through the next month the AlumnIQ team will be traveling to campuses far and wide. This will make our response time to tickets in the latter half of each week a hair slower than what you may be accustomed to.
Please bear with us, as this is (a) normal for this time of year, (b) us being fully present where we are, and (c) just a stop or two before it's your turn to have our primary attention.
Everything will be responded to and we look forward to celebrating with your campus community soon!

Recap: Penn and Penn Medical Alumni Weekends
Our friends at Penn have had a heck of a year, but in the end they pulled off alumni weekend activities that yielded the same 88% of registrants that they get in a "normal" year. Remarkable!
Sure, the picnic locations and parade route were a little different, but what wasn't were the smiles and happy greetings in the check in tent behind Sweeten alumni house and the living room of the Jordan Medical Education Center.
How cool are those Ben Franklin "I'm open!" signs?
We were once again blessed with an excellent crew of staff members to run the check in operations and an endlessly energetic corps of student workers using Scananas and Scanny McScannersons all over town to track check in activity. The iqKey feature was CLUTCH too - getting logged in and pointed to the right event was so much easier than it had ever been. It appears the small adjustments we made earlier this season to self check in and Gatekeeper have paid off - our on site support was much more moral than technical.
And speaking of technical, we'd like to thank Penn for being our first users of the new email features. Necessity and urgency pushed them to the front of the list, and it was incredibly satisfying to see the tools perform as we'd intended.

About that email function
We're selectively activating it customer by customer over the next couple weeks. Some of you have a more time-sensitive need so we're moving you toward the front of the queue for deployment. We will let you know when it's hot and ready for you - we know you're excited!
