Week 4 of 2024 : On the Road Again
I had the opportunity to visit Lawrence University and Case Western Reserve University last week. What a great receiption in both cities! Seeing you all face to face was a welcome change from constant Zoom. You really do get a better appreciation for height in person.
That does make this week's newsletter a little light on immediate content but as we finish up work on the big stuff you're excited to use (*cough*email*cough*) I hope you feel it's worth waiting for.
Would you attend Office Hours?
To advance our efforts to provide you with strong support this year we're going to set up standing office hours for drop-in Q&A or general socializing. Would you be interested? Take our poll to help set a good time for them!

In a City Near You
The first in-person event we're supporting this year is in February in Baltimore where Cornell is hosting their annual Alumni Leadership Conference (CALC). The next early spring opportunity after that is down at lovely Rollins College in Florida in March for their alumni weekend. Florida? In March? Sign us all up!
Want to see some name tags and scanning action? Let us know so we can offer a proper greeting and tour.
Release Notes
Nothing! Next one's gonna be a doozy though.
Up Next
  • Contracts: Contracts for Spring 2024 engagements are -still- rolling out even as new events roll in. Keep an eye out!
  • Bulk Email: Prepare and send messages whenever you want to user-defined audiences.
  • Confirmation Email Diet: Once the email functionality is released we're rebuilding the confirmation email to tune up responsiveness and consistency across mail clients (it's been a while since it got an overhaul).
  • Self Mod: The self mod area and personal schedule will combine into a more flexible and useful service for registrants and staff alike.
